Appoinments
Booking
Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or by email. Appointment availability is subject to change without notice.
Arrival
Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any required forms and ensure your treatment begins on time.
Late Arrival
Patients arriving late may receive a shortened treatment session to avoid delaying other scheduled appointments. The full appointment fee may still apply.
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice
We kindly ask that any cancellation or rescheduling request be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellation
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled appointment cost.
Missed Appointments
Patients who do not attend their appointment without notice may also be charged a cancellation fee.
Payments
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available through our payment providers.
Insurance
We do not provide direct billing to insurance companies. Patients are responsible for payment at the time of their appointment and may submit receipts to their insurance provider for reimbursement if eligible.
Fees
Service fees are subject to change without prior notice.

Every patient responds differently to treatment. We cannot guarantee specific treatment outcomes.
Medical Emergencies
Our services are not intended to replace emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911or visit your nearest emergency department immediately.
Scope of Practice
Osteopathic manual therapy is intended to support musculoskeletal health and overall well-being. It is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment provided by a physician or other regulated healthcare professional when required.
